CLASS 2411 WILL BE THE LAST CLASS UNTIL MARCH 2025.                                                                BEFORE REGISTERING FOR CLASS 2411, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING.                                  THERE WILL BE NO MAKE UP CLASSES FOR THIS SESSION, NO EXCEPTION, NO REFUND. IF YOU ARE TARDY OR MISS A CLASS, YOU WILL BE DISMISSED WITHOUT RECOURSE FOR COMPLETING THIS PROGRAM. TO AVOID TARDINESS TO THE ZOOM ONLINE CLASSES, LOG INTO THE ZOOM CLASSES ON YOUR CELL PHONE UNTIL YOU ARE ABLE TO LOG ONTO YOUR LAPTOP. YOU SHOULD ALSO LOG ONTO YOUR CELLPHONE IF YOU HAVE WIFI, LAPTOP OR COMPUTER PROBLEMS. DO NO SIGN UP IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBTS TO THE ABOVE.

THIS IS A LEGAL PROCESS FOR TEENS (UNDER 18 YRS OLD) TO OBTAIN A DRIVER’S LICENSE. DO NOT SIGN UP UNLESS YOU ARE COMMITTED TO THIS PROGRAM. IF YOU ARE COMMITTED TO SPORTS, JOB, TRIPS, OR ANY ACTIVITIES THAT WILL PREVENT YOU FROM COMMITTING TO THE DATES AND TIMES OF THE PROGRAM, DO NOT SIGN UP. FROM THE FIRST CLASSROOM TO THE LAST BEHIND THE WHEEL SESSION, THE PROGRAM WILL NORMALLY COMPLETE IN 8-10 WEEKS. THE BEHIND THE WHEEL(BTW) INSTRUCTION SHALL BEGIN ANYTIME AFTER THE 3RD WEEK OF CLASSSROOM INSTRUCTION. THE IDEAL TEEN STUDENT SHOULD HAVE 3-7 HOURS OF DRIVING BEFORE THE FIRST BTW LESSON. IDEALLY, THEIR PEDAL TOUCHES SHOULD BE VERY DELICATE. IT IS ESSENTIAL TO ALL ASPECTS OF VEHICLE CONTROL.  WE WILL WORK HARD ON IT DURING THE FIRST LESSON, HOWEVER, PLEASE WORK WITH THEM ON THIS BEFORE AND AFTER THE FIRST BTW LESSON TO IMPROVE THEIR OVERALL PROGRESS. IT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT ASPECT TO SUCCESSFULLY CONTROL THE CAR IN PROGRESSIVELY HARDER BTW LESSONS.  THE STUDENTS WHO STUGGLE THE MOST AND A FEW WHO ARE NOT ABLE TO PASS BTW, DO NOT HAVE THE DELICATE TOUCH ON THEIR PEDALS. THE GOAL IS FOR THEM TO BECOME ROAD SAFE.

Please consider carefully before registering. NO REFUNDS will be given. If you have any doubt about committing to the schedules, do not register. The length of the program is 8-10 weeks long.

To register for one of the upcoming teen combo classes, complete the following instructions:

1. Teen must have a learner’s permit before registering. Near the bottom of this page, register by clicking the classroom you are interested in. If it shows “0” seats available, it is closed or not yet open for registration. Please be sure to fill out the registration form before proceeding.
2. Read “Important Teen Driver Education Requirements”
3. Click on BTW Availability Form and complete 2 forms.  From the drop down menu, select the class number that you are registering for ( ex, 2411), and fill out the first form for availability during regular school. For the second form, select “Winter Break Schedule” and fill out both availabilty during the winter break as well as the dates your teen’s school is on break. Students will be paired for Behind the Wheel instruction with this info. If your teen cannot commit to being available to a minimum of 10 time slots on a weekly basis, STOP HERE and do not register. 1. Your seat is not reserved until payment is made. Only Venmo or Cash payment in the amount of $530.00 is accepted. DO NOT MAKE A PAYMENT BEFORE FILLING OUT A REGISTRATION FORM. Then text Ronald Aoki at (808) 306-9552, your teen’s first & last name and their personal Gmail address as they will be Gmail invited to Google classroom with a Zoom link to the online virtual classroom. 2. If paying by cash, please text Ronald Aoki at (808) 306-9552 to schedule a meet up. Once cash payment is received, text your teen’s first & last name and their personal Gmail address as they will be Gmail invited to Google classroom with a Zoom link to the online virtual classroom. Have your teen accept invitation to be registered into class.

After your teen accepts the Google classroom invitation:

A. Have them click the “Classwork” tab.  Under left column of topics click “Forms to be signed or completed” and complete all 3 forms. Two of the forms require a parent signature and one form requires a student signature.

B. Open the “Link for online textbook & important websites” folder. Click the link to purchase your online textbook. The book you are purchasing is the 14th Edition,.

C. On Google classroom, the Zoom link for the virtual classes can be found under the “Stream” tab.

Click on the “Register” button below to register for an upcoming combo class. You will be taken to a second page and beneath the information, please complete the registration form. If no classes appear below, then there are none being offered at this time, or the classes are filled. Seating is limited. If the class shows “0” seats available, then it is closed. Only after completing a registration form, be sure to make a Venmo payment or arrange for a cash payment to secure your seat.

NOTE: We do NOT offer BTW Only instruction for Teens at this time. We can only accommodate BTW instruction for students who complete classroom instruction with our school via our Teen combo classes. We offer limited classroom only instruction.

“Teen” refers to those who are 17 years of age and under during the period of classroom instruction. ADULTS or those who WILL BE AN ADULT during the period of classroom instruction are not permitted to register.
